Here are some Network Marketing Recruiting Tips to get you started as I’m sure you know that with network marketing your business success relies solely up recruiting and having these new recruits acquire customers.

Prospecting. I personally call this ( Phase 1)

That’s what makes network marketing so simple for some and so hard for others after all people are everywhere which makes it easy but then some say where do I find all these people and that makes it hard for others. Those that do not understand the importance of prospecting have a very tough time with the business of network marketing. They don’t realize the importance of ‘new blood’.

Those that do understand and put into the proper perspective the art of prospecting have a very easy time with network marketing. They understand the ‘new blood’ concept and get to work filling up a pipeline of new prospects. So…

If you want to be successful in your network marketing efforts you have to learn how to prospect and how to prospect correctly. We will talk about some of the basics here, but to really be effective at prospecting you have to have continual and progressive prospecting training and…practice. That means, Getting out and actually doing it! Thats the ACTION part. You can read and learn and listen to all the best material but if you do not take action then you really wont learn and you’ll be stuck where you are now. Remember, ACTION is what moves the world.

Most top network marketing companies usually provide this type of training to there independent distributors on at least a weekly basis. Unfortunately most use the old ’3 foot’ rule and the ‘hand out’ dvd’s method to do it. Do these methods work? Absolutely they do. I have meet a ton of people using this method the thing is It can get time consuming and expensive as these dvd’s can cost $5 each. And at this stage you don’t even know if that prospects even interested in what you have.

Basic Network Marketing Recruiting Tips

The first of a few network marketing recruiting tips that I would like to discuss here is that you should learn all that you can from your upline. Find out what it is that they do to be successful and then emulate it. Are they using the 3 foot rule? Are they doing some kind of online marketing? Do they just walk around the street trying to meet people? Go around collecting business cards? Getting referrals from current product users? etc..This will shorten your learning curve immensely.

Pay close attention to what others are doing and are having success with. You must be teachable and open to learning new ways of doing things. The second essential prospecting network marketing strategy is you must be organized. You must have a system to keep track of who you have called and when.You need to have an organized system for you to be able to take notes so that when you follow up with your prospects you can remember your prior conversation. I personally use as Excel spreadsheet.

The next prospecting network marketing strategy that I want to discuss is who you should look for while prospecting. Specifically, you want to look for people between the ages of 35 and 65 who own a home. Don’t ask questions about this statistic, just remember it. This doesn’t mean write off everyone else who doesn’t fall into this category, just means spend more time with this group first. This is also your most successful group in the sense that they are already achieving things.

Statistics say…that these are the people that truly excel in network marketing. So look for this type of person in particular. The thing I want to talk to you about is…Learn Learn Learn.

Use any resource that you can find to help you be successful with your prospecting. Things changed when I started using Dream Team Training. Read books and take classes that will teach you new and effective prospecting paradigms. There is so much to talk about when talking about the subject of prospecting for your network marketing business.

Honestly, we all learn best through experience, so use the network marketing recruiting tips that I have given above as guidelines and then just go out there with a positive attitude and unbreakable persistence and prospect, prospect, prospect!
