<p>Why is it that conference lines for sales calls have really just taken off over the past year or 2? They should be a requirement for any business owner. They’re free and/or cheap. And more importantly, when used correctly, you can get yourself in front of a lot of people that truly have a want, need and desire for what you possess so no more chasing people all over town trying to get them to go to a &#8216;meeting&#8217;. Simply invite them to your conference call.</p>

<p>How many people could you invite in 1 hour to simply dial a number and listen to your information for 30minutes or so? How many people could your team invite to get on one of these conference calls? How many people could you potentially expose your business or products to every hour?</p>
<p>Many networks chase people around town, bring them to their hotel meetings and after spending sometimes 3+ hours with the prospect, they still have no idea if that prospect is even interested in what they have! Why would you spend this amount of time with someone who has not demonstrated to you that they are in fact a prospect and not just a suspect?</p>
<p><strong>Simply invite this same person to a conference line presentation of what you have and they seek and they will be getting the information on &#8216;Their&#8217; time not your time.</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Now, I don’t just mean that you need to study your products and compensation plan to the last inch, You also have to be an expert in understanding your audience. What are their needs, wants and desires? What will motivate them to get involved with your business? What solutions (for their problems) can you provide for them? Who is your target audience? If you’re marketing health and wellness, why would you be pitching a 22-year-old college student? Even if he/she did sign up, they’ll be dropping in a few short months because they never had an attachment to the product.</span></p>

<p>In selecting these Network Marketing Lead companies, there were some requirements that needed to be there before being put on the list. A Network Marketing lead is only part of the <a title="Donald Trump Success Secrets" href="http://www.network-marketing-blog.com/donald-trumps-success-secrets/" target="_blank">Network Marketing Success Formula</a>. There were 5 things that should be looked at when considering Lead Companies.</p>
<p>1) Quality of the lead.</p>
<p>Quality of lead is everything. Do you know how many times those leads have been on sold to others in other companies? I wouldn&#8217;t want leads that have already been sold to more than 2 or 3 others. What about how old they are? Are they less than 30 days or more than 30 days old? I personally prefer less than 30 days.</p>
<p>2) Training of calling the leads.</p>
<p>Most of the companies didn&#8217;t offer much training when it came to calling leads and personally I don&#8217;t expect them to be focusing on this. There are some that offer online training if you need it as well as cd&#8217; which are available to purchase as an added extra.</p>
<p>I was fortunate enough to come across a <a title="Black Belt Recruiting" href="http://vincecianci.blackbeltrecruiting.com/" target="_blank">black belt recruiting</a> training series which included some scripts, advanced handling of objections, following up, closing, maintaining control and one of my favorite topics which is Posture. This training program is something I listen to almost daily whilst driving. <p>3) MLM Leads Support.</p>
<p>Support is very important in any area so this was key. Once the leads were purchased, make sure there is support in case of need. Most had email support, some had live phone support. There are companies that offer no support so as soon as you&#8217;ve made your purchase your on your own!</p>
<p>4) Targeted MLM leads.</p>
<p>Most companies have different types of targeted leads, including local leads, gender specific, product specific, area code specific, country specific among others. Targeted leads are the generally better because this gives you a much more targeted lead which delivers a better impact.</p>
<p>5) The cost of the leads.</p>
<p>This will be a huge factor in determining many people&#8217;s decision to buy. I am sure you&#8217;ve heard the term you get what you pay for. There will always be cheaper network marketing home business lead companies with cheap leads just like anything else but be warned. Ask if you can try about 20 leads to see if they are worth it and determine the quality. Most companies give away a few leads to try, if they are unwilling then find another company who is.</p>
<p>Leads for your Network Marketing business are a great source of NEW BLOOD. You can find great people just by using these companies.</p>
<p>There ARE other good MLM lead companies out there, depending on what you are looking for. Be sure to do your own homework before you engage in a purchase and make sure they adhear to the above guidelines as this will increase your chances of a good experience and give you the best potential to grow your Network Marketing Business.</p>

<p align="left"><strong>Prospecting. </strong>I personally call this ( Phase 1)</p>
<p align="left">That’s what makes <a title="Network Marketing Blog" href="http://www.network-marketing-blog.com">network marketing</a> so simple for some and so hard for others after all people are everywhere which makes it easy but then some say where do I find all these people and that makes it hard for others. Those that do not understand the importance of prospecting have a very tough time with the business of network marketing. They don&#8217;t realize the importance of &#8216;new blood&#8217;.</p>
<p align="left">Those that do understand and put into the proper perspective the art of prospecting have a very easy time with network marketing. They understand the &#8216;new blood&#8217; concept and get to work filling up a pipeline of new prospects. So…</p>
<p align="left">If you want to be successful in your network marketing efforts you have to learn how to prospect and how to prospect correctly. We will talk about some of the basics here, but to really be effective at prospecting you have to have continual and progressive prospecting training and&#8230;<strong>practice</strong>. That means, Getting out and actually doing it! Thats the ACTION part. You can read and learn and listen to all the best material but if you do not take action then you really wont learn and you&#8217;ll be stuck where you are now. Remember, ACTION is what moves the world.</p>
<p align="left">Most top network marketing companies usually provide this type of training to there independent distributors on at least a weekly basis. Unfortunately most use the old &#8217;3 foot&#8217; rule and the &#8216;hand out&#8217; dvd&#8217;s method to do it. Do these methods work? Absolutely they do. I have meet a ton of people using this method the thing is It can get time consuming and expensive as these dvd&#8217;s can cost $5 each. <h1>Basic Network Marketing <a href="http://www.network-marketing-blog.com/recommends/BlackBeltRecruiting" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >Recruiting Tips</a>…</h1>
<p align="left">The first of a few network marketing recruiting tips that I would like to discuss here is that you should learn all that you can from your upline. Find out what it is that they do to be successful and then emulate it. Are they using the 3 foot rule? Are they doing some kind of online marketing? Do they just walk around the street trying to meet people? Go around collecting business cards? Getting referrals from current product users? etc..This will shorten your learning curve immensely.</p>
<p align="left">Pay close attention to what others are doing and are having success with. You must be teachable and open to learning new ways of doing things. The second essential prospecting <a title="Network Marketing Strategy" href="http://www.network-marketing-blog.com/is-your-network-marketing-going-nowhere/" target="_blank">network marketing strategy</a> is you must be organized. You must have a system to keep track of who you have called and when.You need to have an organized system for you to be able to take notes so that when you follow up with your prospects you can remember your prior conversation. I personally use as Excel spreadsheet.</p>
<p align="left">The next prospecting network marketing strategy that I want to discuss is who you should look for while prospecting. Specifically,<em> you want to look for people between the ages of 35 and 65 who own a home. </em><em>Don’t ask questions about this statistic, just remember it. </em>This doesn&#8217;t mean write off everyone else who doesn&#8217;t fall into this category, just means spend more time with this group first. This is also your most successful group in the sense that they are already achieving things.</p>
<p align="left"><em>Statistics say&#8230;that these are the people that truly excel in network marketing.</em> So look for this type of person in particular. The thing I want to talk to you about is&#8230;Learn Learn Learn.</p>
<p align="left">Use any resource that you can find to help you be successful with your prospecting. Things changed when I started using <a title="Dream Team, The Finest Trainers" href="http://www.network-marketing-blog.com/are-dream-team-the-industries-finest-trainers/" target="_blank">Dream Team Training.</a> Read books and take classes that will teach you new and effective prospecting paradigms. There is so much to talk about when talking about the subject of prospecting for your <a title="Turn Leads Into Reps" href="http://www.network-marketing-blog.com/turn-your-leads-into-10-20-reps-per-month/" target="_blank">network marketing business.</a></p>
