What is marketed as a “5 Minute WordPress Install” took me just under 3 hours!!! Well even after 3 hours it wasn’t installed but I did get a MASSIVE headache!! Not only that, when I checked this blog it was gone! Vanished from the Blogisphere! So I called my good friend Michael Martin @ Pro Blog Design who downloaded, installed & designed this blog you are currently reading to help get it back up, fix up the problem I caused with the new one & get everything 100% ok and online! And again Thanks Michael.

What did I learn??? I learn’t the concept of “OutSourcing”.

I should have asked for Michael’s services upfront and saved myself one of the biggest headaches I’ve ever had. Plus I thought of at least 10 things I could have spent doing which are more exciting but I chose to “Do It Myself”.

Somethings you have the power, the patience and the persistance to see to the end. And somethings you don’t. Simple.

Proper Preperation Prevents Piss Poor Performance. The 6 P’s.

I failed to ‘prepare’ which means I set myself up for failure. If you don’t prepare in your business how can you expect success. Outsource the things you have no experience with while you learn slowely in your down time. What I went through over the last 24hrs or so I wont repeat again. I know what I can do and know what I cant.

Know your strenghts & weaknesses. Many people say work on your weaknesses but they would be unknowingly misleading you. Continue to work on your strenghts. Could Tiger Woods have become a Master Tennis player? I doubt it. Tiger focuses on his strenghts (GOLF) When people see him practicing they think he is practicing on his poor performing swings when in fact his building on his already almost perfect swings. Know what your good at and know what your bad at.

In your business you might be terrible at bringing in leads but might be a superstar at closing leads provided to you. Solution: Team up with something who is great at bringing in leads but terrible at closing and work together. Together Everyone Acheives More (TEAM).

Note: Remember, you cant be good at everything. Focus and build on your already strong points and Outsource everything you suck at because God knows we suck at many things!!

You Don’t Have To Get It Right, You Just Have To Get It Going.

In the beginning no one knows how to get it right. There are no ‘official’ rules for success in anything. In the beginning we make it up as we go. If we were to try and perfect what we are doing before we made a start, we would surely never start. There are many ‘Perfectionists’ out there and while its great to want everything perfect, it also has its downfalls. The downfall is not starting until all the pieces of the puzzle are there and in their place.

When a new person starts their network marketing business they don’t know what the right thing to do is and therefore don’t have all the pieces to that puzzle of success. That’s what you are for. I am assuming that you are leader and therefore guide and support and lead a team no matter how big or small. As a leader I am sure you take care of the things that a new person shouldn’t be doing alone ie Making phone calls, acquiring customers, inviting etc.

When you are with your new team member and they are watching what you are doing and listening to what you are saying, they are learning. They are slowly acquiring the pieces to the puzzle one at a time and at their own pace. Even if you are not the top producing team member in your company it’s ok. Continue to take the right steps and take ACTION. It’s the word that moves the world. I use that phrase everywhere! it’s my favorite word. ACTION. It has power. The Universe rewards Action. No one every accomplished anything on idle. Donald Trump takes some serious Action. Richard Branson takes some serious Action. Taking Action gives you more Energy. More Energy gives you more Drive. And more Drive creates more Opportunity. When you are actively moving in the direction of what you want the doors open and things come your way. Sit idle and you have no Energy, no Inspiration, no drive and not much opportunity.

My friend, the choice as always is yours. You can sit idle and go nowhere, or you can take Action and go wherever you like.

• Think BIG. Thinking Big takes the same time, energy and resources as it does to think small so you might as well think big. He/She who thinks the biggest is more determined to achieve the biggest.
• Be Passionate. If you don’t have passion in whatever you are doing, the chances of having great success are minimal at best. He/She who has the most passion keeps going when times get tough as it definitely will at some point particularly in business. Business is the most vicious competition you’ll ever encounter.
• Be Disciplined. few people succeed without it. Look at Network Marketers. They are used to working a j.O.B and treat their new business the same as their job. They don’t have the discipline to focus on what should be done. It’s too easy to put things off.
• Be Tenacious. Never give up. Nothing worth achieving is easy and rarely happens quickly.
• Be Positive. Believe you can achieve. Speak good things.
• Live on the Edge. Donald Trump gets sued weekly yet doesn’t really care. It comes with the territory! To live on the edge, you must be confident otherwise it could be dangerous!
• Lock yourself in and stay plugged in to what’s going on in your area or industry.
• Expect problems no matter how good things are going or seem to be going. When big things are happening big problems come up but it will be ok because you expect them, you’ll be able to handle them when they arise.
• Think of yourself as a 1 man army. (my favorite)
• Use your imagination and see things that aren’t there. Ie: See your team with 10,000 people in it in the year’s to come.
• See yourself as Victorious. You must believe you can win before you actually win.
• Rely on yourself but trust talented people.
• Review yourself daily. What did I do great, what could I have done better. What went right, what went wrong, what did I learn today which will help tomorrow?
• Catch yourself when you go off track. When you find yourself procrastinating or avoiding something, that’s one sign your off track.
